Building Environmental Wellness Group (BEWG) was founded on a simple principle: buildings should support the health of the people inside them-not work against them.

Since 2019, our focus has evolved from traditional indoor environmental quality (IEQ) assessments into a more precise, actionable approach: moisture-led building performance and its impact on indoor air quality and occupant health.

At BEWG, we don’t just talk about IEQ-we diagnose the root causes of building issues.

WHAT WE DO
We specialise in identifying and resolving moisture and condensation issues within buildings, often the hidden drivers behind poor air quality, mould growth, material degradation, and occupant discomfort.

Our work bridges the gap between:

Moisture-related building issues and construction detailing
Moisture accumulation and drying potential
Ventilation performance and indoor air quality
Occupant health and building operation

Using building science, field investigation, and data-driven monitoring, we deliver clear, evidence-based solutions.

WHY MOISTURE MATTERS
Moisture is one of the most misunderstood factors in buildings. It’s not just visible water damage,it includes condensation risk, hidden moisture, humidity imbalance, and long-term degradation.

Unchecked moisture can lead to mould, reduced durability, and unhealthy indoor environments. Our focus is on understanding and controlling moisture within the building envelope.

OUR APPROACH
Diagnose. Assess. Design. Deliver.
We identify causes, evaluate impact, develop solutions, and support long-term performance.

OUR FOCUS
We diagnose moisture and condensation issues, improving building performance and occupant outcomes.

In simple terms: we find what’s causing problems and fix them properly.

LOOKING FORWARD
As buildings become more airtight, moisture management is critical. BEWG delivers practical, measurable outcomes because better buildings are understood, measured, and managed.
