The air feels cleaner. The temperature’s just right. The house is quiet in a way that makes you breathe differently. That’s what it’s like to live in a home built by BPC.

We design and build high-performance homes that go beyond aesthetics or energy savings—homes that support how people want to live. Our approach blends measurable building science with practical experience and long-view craftsmanship. The result is comfort you can feel, performance you can verify, and a home that lasts.

Whether you’re a homeowner, architect, or developer, you can lean on us to deliver clarity, precision, and process integrity from day one. We work best when brought in early, collaborating with design teams to align details, budgets, and performance targets before plans are locked. We’ve earned a reputation—especially among architects—for being the builder who can actually pull it off. Building enclosure complexity? We’re fluent. Passive House or Zero Energy? That’s our baseline. Budget refinement and value-engineering without compromising performance? Every project.

We’re serve Western MA, CT, and beyond. Our long-term goal is broader than building homes—we’re helping raise the standard across the industry through training, consulting, and process innovation.

If you’re building a home—or helping someone else build one—and want to get it right, we’d love to be part of the conversation.
