Building safety compliance is critical to service companies, building owners and fire and safety officials who are charged with safeguarding occupants. BuildingReports’ mobile and online inspection reporting tools enable inspectors to quickly gather data on fire and life safety devices to ensure the working order and code requirements through easily verifiable inspection reports.

BRC provides tools to complete fire and life safety inspections via hand-helds and the web. The hand-held software prompts inspectors/technicians to enter relevant information in an efficient manner to ensure they can focus on the inspection/repair rather then administrative responsibilities. The results of the inspections are instantly available via web portals. These reports automatically provide code references, recall notifications and calculation of future service in addition to standard and code specific reports, and all inspections are fully documented in compliance with regulatory standards. Schedules, inspection reports and contact information are available online giving BRC members the ability to save time and money managing inspections and issuing the reports to clients.

Also available are administrative tools for scheduling inspections and service ticket generation. Never miss another inspection with our tracking tools which includes dashboard visualization of employee utilization. At the same time track and manage service tickets including real-time T/M costing.
