Before that, Grayson worked at SMS Masterminds from June 2016 to May 2018 in Sales Operations and as a Sales Lead Developer, focusing on optimizing processes and generating leads for small to medium-sized businesses across North America. Early career experience includes a Sales Associate role at Cost Plus World Market and an internship at Lucid Fusion Public Relations. Grayson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2018.
