Ryan Sullivan

Ryan Sullivan has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Ryan'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Real Estate & Development at The BR Companies since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Development at IQHQ from 2021 to 2022. Before that, Ryan held the role of Senior Director of Global Real Estate at Labcorp from March to November 2021. Ryan also worked as a Development Director at EDGE Technologies from 2018 to 2020 and as a Senior Development Manager at Greystone & Co. from 2014 to 2018. Ryan's earlier roles include Project Manager at HAP INVESTMENTS LLC in 2013, Cost Engineer and Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company from 2009 to 2013, and Project Engineer Intern at Moss & Associates from 2005 to 2009.

Ryan Sullivan completed their Bachelor's degree in Science of Building Construction at the University of Florida from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, which they completed in 2009. In the same year, they also obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Esade. Prior to their higher education, Ryan attended St Thomas Aquinas High School, although the exact dates of their attendance are unknown. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker from the NYS Division of Licensing.
