Building Your Confidence Ltd is the mastermind of speaker, author and therapist Cat Williams. Cat is passionate about unleashing the inner confidence we are all born with and she helps people to achieve this using a variety of techniques which enable them to understand and master their own mind.

Cat's work has been successfully implemented in a range of situations including working at Board level in groups and with individuals, working with teams and individuals in the workplace helping them to recognise personal strengths and how to achieve their goals, preparing pupils and students facing exams, and delivering talks on relationships, communications and believing in yourself.

She also delivers training in public speaking and story telling.
