Laura Dasaro

Laura Dasaro has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Laura began their career as an Intern at Big Beach Films in 2011, where they read script submissions and wrote detailed coverage material, attended screenings to provide feedback on projects in production, and answered phones, recorded and delivered messages, and arranged travel and hotel accommodations. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Editor at Knock Twice and an Account Coordinator at Joanna Lauren Public Relations, where they managed daily client coverage monitoring, clipping, and media placement reports, developed and maintained successful relationships with media, and developed and managed media contact databases. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in various roles, including Assistant Team Leader, Director of Marketing & Technology, Director of Agent Services, and Director of First Impressions. In these roles, they partnered with the CEO to recruit and onboard new talent, researched competition to identify candidates, developed prospecting and marketing strategies, collaborated with the Team Leader in executing recruitment-focused educational events, developed strategic onboarding systems, conducted one-on-one marketing and branding consultations, and lead weekly sales meetings. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at New Bedford Management as an Operations Specialist and Front Office Assistant, where they solved complex, time-sensitive problems across various departments, developed an autonomous process to alleviate overburdened resources, and assisted residents with issues including billing and maintenance. Since 2020, they have been working at BuildingLink as a Software Trainer & Onboarding Specialist.

Laura Dasaro obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. John's University between 2007 and 2011. In November 2021, they earned a Level 1 Customer Success Foundations certification from Growth Molecules, LLC.
