Richard Worth has had an extensive career in sales and customer service. Richard began their career in 2001 as a Customer Service Supervisor at Hostcentric: Webhosting, where they helped customers resolve service issues, obtained new users, recovered and collected on delinquent accounts, and assisted with many facets pertaining to web hosting accounts. In 2003, they moved to Wyndham Vacation Ownership as a Regional Sales Support Representative, where they enhanced the sales process by providing support to sales associates and management, served as a resource for product knowledge, and provided up to date information regarding program changes/updates, owner account information, and trend analysis/reporting for sales purposes. In 2007, they worked as a Sales Associate at Westgate Resorts and as a Sales Associate and VIP Collections Agent at Hilton Grand Vacations, where they were responsible for stimulating sales and increasing tour volume for HGVC properties and selling upgraded timeshare packages to current owners. Finally, they have been a Regional Sales Manager at BuildingLink since 2009.

Richard Worth attended The Kiski School from 1990 to 1994. Richard then went on to Ithaca College from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Mass Media Communications. From 1997 to 1998, they studied Mass Media Communications at the University of Pittsburgh. Richard also attended the University of Central Florida, though the exact dates are unknown.
