We focus on helping LGBTQ+ people in the property and construction industry be their best and to thrive.

Through mentoring, Site based initiatives, employment assistance, networking and industry wide education, we aim to connect with not just the LGBTQ+ community, but also people from outside. We will listen, learn, educate and engage. Because if we want to achieve equality, we need everyone to come onboard for the journey.
