Senior Customer Care Representative at Buildium

Abe Jordan has varied work experience in different roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Co-Host at WSAM, where they co-produced a comedy show and interviewed student guests. From 2007 to 2009, they were an On-Air Personality and Program Director at WWUH 91.3 FM, hosting a sports news radio show and assisting with the station's schedule and events. In 2008, they joined Israel Bookshop Inc, handling data entry, shipping, and customer service tasks, including stocking shelves, shipping materials, and managing a book database. In 2012, they briefly worked as an After School Specialist at The Rashi School, scheduling programs, teaching children, and assisting with homework and computer programs. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Senior Sales Representative at Goji, selling insurance, discussing options, and consistently meeting sales quotas. In 2017, they worked as an Account Executive at Pingup, and as an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative at Payfactors. In 2019, they became a DBSA Facilitator at the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, where they facilitated discussions and provided a safe space for individuals to talk about their feelings. Most recently, they joined Buildium in 2020 as a Senior Customer Care Representative.

Abe Jordan completed their high school education at Gann Academy from 2002 to 2006, earning a High School Diploma. Abe then pursued higher education at the University of Hartford from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
