In 2016, Maddison held multiple roles. Maddison was a Group Sales Manager/Events Coordinator at Hidden Valley Ski. Tube. Ride., where they utilized Salesforce to run social media and email marketing campaigns, resulting in a significant increase in Facebook likes. Maddison also developed a new corporate program that generated increased revenue and secured partnerships with companies such as World Wide Technology, Boeing, and North Face.

Maddison Haffer has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Maddison attended Martin College from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Event Management. Before that, in 2010, they studied at TAFE NSW and obtained a Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation. In 2009 to 2010, they participated in a Rotary Youth Exchange program at BRG Wallererstrasse, Gymnasium Dachsberg. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Maddison attended Hurlstone Agricultural High School to complete their high school education.

In addition to their academic achievements, Maddison has also obtained several certifications. Recently, in July 2022, they completed the LC101 Full-Stack Web Development program at LaunchCode. In May 2022, they obtained a certification in UX Writing from Uxcel. In August 2021, they completed the Articulating Your Value course offered by LinkedIn. In the same month, they also obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of UX Writing from UX Writers Collective. Furthermore, Maddison has completed various courses and certifications in areas such as UX design, content strategy, marketing, and confronting bias.
