They have a robust background in software engineering, having managed teams and projects across global locations including Australia, Singapore, Spain, and the U.S. Currently an Engineering Manager at Buildkite, Tim has previously held roles such as Senior Technical Consultant at Carolus Software and Engineering Manager at Envato, where they led initiatives to improve operational efficiency and mentored engineers at various levels. Tim holds a Master of Software Engineering from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Canberra.
