Finaz Naha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and analytics. As Co-Founder of descon.ai since April 2024, Finaz focuses on leveraging AI to simplify design and build processes. Serving as Founder Director of BuildNext since October 2015, Finaz is dedicated to transforming the construction industry through innovative technology. Previously, Finaz held the position of Manager in Analytics and Program Management at Amazon from May 2012 to September 2015, leading initiatives that enhanced performance management and process improvement within North America and India’s transportation operations. Earlier roles include Business Analyst at Amazon, where responsibilities included increasing shipment visibility and assessing carrier performance, and Software Engineer at IBM India Software Lab. Finaz’s educational background includes a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
