Lanelle Alexander

LaNelle Alexander, ACC, IDI-QA, ELI-MP, SHRM-CP, serves as the Chief Equity Officer at Achievement First and is a Board Member for the NY Region at buildOn. LaNelle is the founder of ELLE’S POWERFUL COACHING SOLUTIONS, LLC, where expertise lies in executive leadership and well-being coaching, as well as HR and DEIB consulting. With a focus on empowering nonprofit and corporate leaders, particularly women and BIPOC professionals, LaNelle designs customized strategies to foster transformational change and enhance engagement. Previous roles include Leadership Coach at Braven, Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at L+M Development Partners Inc., and various positions at buildOn and New York University. LaNelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Change Management from New York University.
