David Pair

David Pair is an engineering leader currently serving as an Engineering Manager at BuildOps, where they oversee AI innovation and the development of machine learning features for commercial contractors. With a strong background in engineering management, David previously held key roles at Rover.com, where they managed payments engineering teams and drove substantial revenue growth, as well as at GoodRx, where they played a crucial role in enhancing user retention and scalability during the company’s transition to a public entity. David has an MS in Business Entrepreneurship from UCL and degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
