Laura Templer

Laura Templer is currently the Customer Success Team Lead EMEA at Buildots. They have an extensive background in the SaaS industry, having previously served as Head of Enterprise Customers and Head of Customer Success at Zapnito, as well as Content Production Manager at Brunswick Group. Laura's career began as a Production Controller and Publishing Assistant at BMJ. They hold a Master of Science from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree from Durham University, complemented by a strong foundation in digital strategy, community management, and customer relationship building.
