Steve Wightman

Steve Wightman is an experienced executive with a focus on improving payment systems and reconstruction processes in the construction industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Polished Rock since October 2019, Wightman aims to alleviate payment challenges during catastrophe reconstruction and other high-stress rebuilding situations. Previously, Wightman held the CEO position at BuildPay LLC, enhancing financial technology to streamline progress payments, and managed large-scale reconstruction consulting at Paracess for over 20 years. Additional roles include strategic advising at Gemini Financial Holdings and senior vice president at Endurance Reinsurance, where Wightman addressed post-loss reconstruction opportunities.
