Matt Lauster has accumulated a diverse range of experience in business development and sales roles. Currently, Matt serves as a Business Development Representative at Buildr since August 2025. Prior to this, Matt worked at Murdock Insurance Group, Inc., where responsibilities included both Insurance Agent and Director of Sales from July 2020 to February 2025. Between August 2015 and April 2021, Matt held positions as Program Director and Senior Program Leader at Booster. Matt's early career also includes an apprenticeship at NewSpring Church from August 2013 to June 2015.
