Mike O'Neill

Mike O'Neill is a seasoned software engineer and technology leader with extensive experience in developing and managing engineering teams across various companies. Currently, Mike serves as a Software Engineer at BuildWith and as an Advisor and Co-Founder/CTO at Boon. Previously, Mike held key positions at DoorDash as a Senior Engineering Manager for New Categories, where the New Categories team was expanded significantly, and as an Engineering Manager for Caviar. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Square, HotelTonight, and development positions at Microsoft and Yammer, where Mike focused on enhancing infrastructure and product offerings. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
