Mark Eades

Mark Eades is currently the Operations Manager at Built Environs, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. They began their career as a graduate Accountant for a small residential property developer before transitioning to contract administration as the organization expanded into the commercial sector. Mark has held senior roles at Cockram Construction and Icon, where they demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, including those recognized by the Master Builders Association of Victoria. Educated at RMIT University, Mark holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and a Bachelor of Business, and they are passionate about mentoring and developing project teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
