Henry Bliss has worked in various roles in the marketing and finance industries since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Due Diligence Consultant for Track Record Global. In 2013, they became a Project Manager for SIG plc, where they managed a multi-million pound Category of the Interiors business. In 2014, they joined Saatchi & Saatchi London as an Account Manager. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Karmarama as an Account Manager and Account Director, leading integrated campaigns for first direct bank, Auto Trader & Just Eat, among other brands. Since 2019, they have been the Client Services Director, Business Lead, and Account Director for Built-ID.

Henry Bliss attended the University of Exeter from 2008 to 2011, graduating with a BA Honours, 2.1 in Theirtory Single Honours. Prior to this, they attended Charterhouse School from 2002 to 2007, studying Theirtory, Business Studies and Biology. In 2015, they obtained an IPA Foundation Certificate from the IPA.
