Mackenzie Miles

Mackenzie Miles is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Built In, where they currently manage relationships with enterprise clients to enhance employer branding and talent acquisition strategies. With over 10 years of experience in strategic customer success and enterprise sales, Mackenzie previously served as Senior Manager of Client Success at FedEx Dataworks, overseeing top revenue-generating accounts. They also held key leadership roles at Upserve and Alice Financial, where they drove growth and developed successful sales strategies. Mackenzie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of work, Mackenzie is a parent of two and enjoys traveling and cooking.
