Simon Makdessi is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in managing engineering firms and leading diverse geotechnical projects across various regions. As President of Quantum Geotechnical, Inc. since 2014, Simon has overseen significant projects including residential developments, commercial sites, and stormwater management across California. Additionally, as an Engineering and Construction Advisor at Built Robotics, Simon contributes expertise in autonomous construction technologies. Previous roles include Chief Geotechnical Engineer at Terrasearch Gulf in the UAE and Principal at RMA Group, where Simon managed statewide geotechnical consulting and testing services.
