Stefanie H. has over 6 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Operations. Stefanie began their career in 2013 as the Hiring Manager and Operations Associate for Twice (www.liketwice.com). In 2016, they moved to Climb Real Estate Group as an Office Manager. In 2019, they joined Built Robotics as their People Operations Lead, HR & Accounting Manager, and Administrative & Accounting Coordinator. During their time at Twice, they launched a new training program and streamlined training practices to accommodate a growing team.

Stefanie H. attended Notre Dame High School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their high school diploma. Stefanie then attended Cañada College from 2008 to 2010, studying Fashion/Apparel Design.
