Eryn McHugh

Eryn McHugh serves as the Head of Talent Management at Built, leading talent management strategies for a high-performance organization of over 250 employees since September 2025. Previously, Eryn held the position of Chief People Officer at Thunder, overseeing global People Operations and Culture for a rapidly growing company with more than 150 employees. Eryn's extensive experience includes roles as VP of Talent and People Ops and Head of Talent Acquisition at Kobie Marketing, where strategic talent acquisition for a leading Loyalty Marketing services provider was a primary focus. With a strong background in talent acquisition, employer branding, and executive search across multiple sectors, Eryn also founded Footprint Talent and contributed to various organizations, including MAPCO Express and Bell Oaks Executive Search. Eryn’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Georgia.
