Jon Michael Tee

Jon Michael Tee has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jon Michael started their career in 2010 as an Application Analyst at Hewlett Packard, where they provided L2 support for Atomic Data Warehouse (ADW) Legacy Applications of Procter & Gamble. During their time there, they created a centralized onboarding tool using Adobe Flash, reducing onboarding times. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Service Transition Specialist at the same company, successfully transitioning projects to production and spearheading the creation of a document management system to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround time.

In 2014, Jon moved to Macquarie Group, first as a Business Analyst and then as a Scrum Master. As a Business Analyst, they managed a project portfolio and documented requirements. In their role as a Scrum Master, they provided end-to-end support, collaborating with teams to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Notable accomplishments include automating the provisioning of licensing applications and automating major data center activities, reducing turnaround time.

In 2017, Jon joined Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), where they held multiple roles. Initially, they were a Technical Product Lead, providing support for Bank Integration services in GCash. Jon Michael'sachievements include partnering with BancNet to become the first Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) in the Philippines to enable real-time money transfers. Jon Michael then transitioned to the role of Product Design Manager, overseeing the product portfolio for Online Cash In Cash Out services in GCash. Jon Michael elicited requirements, designed product features, and ensured project delivery through User Acceptance Criteria testing.

Most recently, in 2022, Jon joined BuiltaMart as the Chief Purchasing Officer. In this role, they manage the overall product sourcing for non-fresh items and handles the company's product sourcing finances.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated strong project management skills, expertise in product design and development, and a track record of improving processes and reducing turnaround times.

From 2006 to 2010, Jon Michael Tee attended Ateneo de Manila University. Jon Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, specializing in the field of study of General MIS.
