BuJo is a neighbourhood burger joint located in Sandymount & Castleknock. Specialising in grass fed, chargrilled burgers with a bespoke blend of beef sourced from Irish family farms and led by Culinary Director, Gráinne O’Keefe - Food And Wine Ireland’s Best Chef In Ireland Under 30.

BuJo is the only burger focussed restaurant in Ireland & the U.K. to hold a three star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s ‘Food Made Good’ programme. This initiative directs BuJo’s sustainability ethos through a framework concentrating on sourcing, society & the environment. BuJo’s Culinary Director Gráinne O’Keefe developed the BuJo sustainability programme which has maintained it’s top rated three star rating since October 2017.
