Olena Ostapenko

Olena Ostapenko has a diverse work experience. Olena started their career at Sumy Vocational College of Economics and Trade in 2014 as a Ukrainian language teacher until 2016. Olena then moved to Sumy Medical College and worked as a teacher of Literature from 2016 to 2018. In 2016, Olena also joined BUKI - a marketplace for tutoring, where they started as a client manager in the customer support team in February 2016 and was promoted to team lead in June 2016. Olena has been working in various customer support roles at BUKI, including their current position as the Head of Customer Support since January 2023.

Olena Ostapenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Sumy State University during the period of 2010-2015. Additionally, they also pursued a Master's degree in Ukrainian language and literature, English language, and foreign literature at Sumy State 'A.S. Makarenko' Pedagogical University during the same period.
