Bul Ins JSC Insurence Company, which was established in 1995, is one of the biggest providers of personal auto insurance in Bulgaria. In 1998 the company obtained its local insurance licence. In late 1997, Bul Ins merged with Bulgarian Reinsurance company. The general insurer provides a full range of property and casualty products. Auto insurance accounts for more than 90% of the company`s premium income. Bul Ins distributes its products through direct sales agents, independent general agents and brokers.
