Crystal Ma serves as the Managing Director of Bulgari in Taiwan since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in luxury retail management. Prior to this role, Crystal Ma was the General Manager for CHAUMET in Taiwan from April 2017 to July 2023 and held the same title at Chow Tai Fook from April 2015 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, Crystal Ma contributed as the Retail Director for Asia Pacific at Pomellato, focusing on multiple markets throughout the region. Crystal Ma's tenure includes a significant role as Asia Retail Director for Boucheron from July 2005 to January 2014, where responsibilities encompassed business planning, marketing, sales, customer service, and management efficiency.
