Added Responsibility: Managing Third-party Products at Bulgin

Rafrafi Rached has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Starting in 2014, Rafrafi worked as a Manufacturing Intern at Simo-Tunisie, where they gained hands-on experience in transformer assembly and quality control processes. In 2015, they had a Manufacturing Engineering internship at OneTech Group, where they conducted equipment inspections, recommended improvements for production efficiency, and assisted in equipment maintenance.

Rafrafi's next role was as a Summer Engineering Intern at TUNISAIR in 2016. They collaborated with engineers and maintenance technicians to develop cost-effective solutions for diagnosing and repairing water heaters in airplanes.

In 2018, Rafrafi had two internships. The first one was a Maintenance Engineer Internship at TUNISIE CABLES, where they studied cable coiling machines and assisted the maintenance team in inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. The second internship was a Technical Project Manager Internship at AGIL, where they led the development of a prototype test bench for a fuel dispenser, from concept to final product.

In 2019, Rafrafi joined OneTech Group: TTE International as a Methods Engineer. They implemented Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve production output, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality. They also created and optimized work instructions, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced training time for new employees.

Most recently, in 2022, Rafrafi joined Bulgin as a Project / Manufacturing Engineer. They successfully led the implementation of new products and projects, achieving a 20% increase in annual revenue. They improved yield by 15% and reduced waste through process capability studies and Lean Manufacturing process improvements. They also maximized efficiency by 38% through design and optimization of process flows and assembly procedures.

Rafrafi Rached pursued their education with a strong focus on engineering and technology. From 2016 to 2019, they attended ESPRIT and obtained an Engineering Degree in Mechatronics. During this period, they studied various subjects such as Mechanics, Electronics, Computer Science, and Robotics. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, Rached attended Institut Supérieur des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie de Mateur - ISSAT Mateur. There, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, and Control Systems.
