For the past 35 years Bullard Construction Inc. has provided superior construction services for developers and owners of affordable housing, office, retail, industrial, and healthcare facilities.

In addition to providing full-service construction services, Bullard Inc. is known for employing innovative and proven renovation methods of multi-family and senior/assisted living facilities by allowing residents to live in their units during the entire process. Also known in the industry as 'occupied rehabs', what separates Bullard from other contractors is that tenants never have to be moved out of their unit. We handle all of the regulatory notices and take care of the tenants' belongings and furniture, and we readily assist the residents with whatever they need during the day.

Outside of the affordable housing industry, Bullard Construction Inc. is extensively involved with commercial and industrial tenant improvements, as well as standard ground up construction.

"Much of our work is awarded based on our reputation for being committed to quality service. That is why we continually strive to keep our excellent reputation. For us, the key to success is about meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations." -Bryan Bullard
