Rob Conway

Rob Conway, CPSM, C.P.M. is an accomplished supply chain management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Bullard since July 2018, Rob is responsible for the comprehensive development and implementation of supply chain strategies, overseeing customer service, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. Previously, Rob held the position of Director of Supply Chain at Continental Mixer/EzPack Refuse, where all aspects of the supply chain were managed, and served as Director of Purchasing at Leggett & Platt, focusing on a sourcing strategy for $140 million in materials. Rob’s career includes significant roles at Emerson Power Transmission, involving strategic sourcing and the implementation of procurement systems, as well as earlier positions in purchasing and materials management. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and an Associate of Science in Computer Electronics from Eastern Kentucky University.
