Robert Potts

Robert Potts has extensive experience in customer care and business management. Currently a Customer Care Specialist at Bulletproof 360 since June 2020, Robert also serves as the Owner of Ally Vision Consulting, specializing as a Cash Flow Consultant and part-time COO for small businesses since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Robert was employed at Citizens Bank from August 2004 to September 2016, where responsibilities included Branch Manager and Branch Business Banker, emphasizing sales and sales management. Early career experience includes serving as a Night Manager at Hilton from December 2002 to January 2004. Robert holds an Associate's degree in Applied Business with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management from Cuyahoga Community College, completed between 2000 and 2002.
