Katy Hampton

Katy Hampton is the Senior Director of People & Operations at Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI), where she supports with talent initiatives, employee experience, and business infrastructure. She is a trusted leader, managing efficient processes, and practices through empowerment and belonging.

Katy brings over 8 years of experience across a wide range of working cultures. She has mastered effective communication, organizational and leadership skills. Prior to BPI, Katy supported a range of companies within the realm of business & people operations, including Common Power, Giffords, and Lululemon. She also practiced as a certified birth doula and yoga instructor.

Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
