We also structure funds, fix debt stack issues, finance NPN (and trade re-performing), finance debtor in possession, and help our clients deal with partnership breakups.  Our investment banking arm assists our clients in the participation of LBOs, mergers and acquisitions, A-stage-or-later equity investments, and patent portfolio purchases.
