Rita Zipora is the Head of the Pop Department at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where they also teach Industry & Entrepreneurship. They have been active as a singer-songwriter since 2010, releasing two solo albums and performing throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Rita served as Chair of the Board of Rights Holders at Buma/Stemra from 2019 to 2023 and is currently on the Supervisory Board of BumaStemra and a board member of BAM! Popauteurs. They earned a Master's degree in Pop music Vocals/Songwriting from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in 2016 and completed various other educational programs related to governance and leadership.
