Prior to that, they worked as an Account Strategy & Production Manager at Chalk + Chisel. Additionally, Ashly worked at Harvey Agency as an Account Executive/Strategist and at Woodberry Graphics as a Project Manager.

Ashly O. has a diverse education background. Ashly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a specialization in Writing, from Towson University. Ashly then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Advertising from Syracuse University. Additionally, they completed a Master of Arts program at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, specializing in Advertising with a Brand Strategy emphasis.

In terms of certifications, Ashly O. has obtained several. In January 2020, they received the Level I Award in Wines from the WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Ashly also holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, which they achieved in July 2023.
