With over two decades of experience leading HR teams in the technology, health and wellness, and apparel industries, David has extensive experience in people leadership and is passionate about the intersection of talent, culture and high performance. Before joining Bumble Inc., David served as Senior Vice President of Employee Success at Salesforce, where he directed the people strategy and teams at Slack. Prior to working at Salesforce and Slack, David served as the Chief People Officer at Equinox, leading the people strategy for the luxury fitness and hotel brand. David began his career at the Gap Inc. companies, holding several different roles during his 15-year tenure, including the Global Head of People & Communications for the Gap and Old Navy brands. David earned his B.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida.
