Pavel Suslov

Pavel Suslov is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading development teams and implementing innovative solutions. Currently at Bumble since August 2017, Pavel has progressed from software engineer to software engineering manager, overseeing architecture and infrastructure choices to meet business needs. Prior roles include software engineer at Lumen and CTO at BeautyMe, where Pavel developed a marketplace for beauty salons and a SaaS salon management system. As the head of web development at 2Talk, significant achievements included leading a team to build a distributed scalable system for social media message processing. Pavel also has experience as a senior developer at Biglion and Tutorion, working on high-load projects and developing educational marketplaces. Pavel holds a master's degree in applied math and physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
