Victoria Malone is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Lead Counsel at Bumble since December 2020. In addition to this role, Victoria has been the Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Council at Sanctuary for Families from December 2020 to December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2016 to December 2020, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various agreements for complex M&A transactions. Victoria also held a short tenure as Corporate Counsel, Secondee at Coty in May 2018 and completed a Summer Associate position at Skadden in 2015. Earlier legal internships included work at Fortify Rights and the Women's Legal Centre, focusing on significant social justice issues. Victoria earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and also studied at Sciences Po.
