Hazel Cromarty

Hazel Cromarty is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as an HR Manager and previously as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Bumi Armada since August 2019, Hazel transitioned from a contract position to a permanent role. Prior to this, Hazel held positions such as Human Resources Advisor at Primat Recruitment, and Senior Business Advisor at Hunter Adams. Significant experience was gained at Richard Irvin Energy Solutions as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, providing HR support to multiple departments. Hazel's career began at Baillie Gifford, where over 15 years were spent progressing from HR Assistant to Human Resources Manager.
