Buminet Prakarsa Group is a national distribution and retail company founded in 1997, starting from a single mobile phone shop. Guided by the philosophy of “hidup membumi” (staying grounded), the Group has evolved into a nationwide platform spanning telecommunications distribution, consumer electronics retail, and FMCG distribution.

Today, the Group operates through four core business units:
1) Buminet Prakarsa: Authorized distribution partner of Samsung Indonesia (ranked #2 partner by wallet share), distributing mobile devices to 5,000+ retail outlets nationwide.
2) Bumi Distribusi Prakarsa (BDP): A key partner in the premium mobile segment, serving as a sub-distributor for Apple. BDP supports Digimap (MAP) by distributing products to 500+ retailers across 6 provinces.
3) Bumilink Prakarsa (Bumilindo): Authorized retailer for major mobile brands, currently operating 20+ Samsung and Xiaomi Authorized Stores.
4) Sederhana Jaya: Distributor of 19 leading FMCG brands across the Maluku region.
