Neil Giugno is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing and operations across various companies. Currently serving as CEO at Phyla since February 2021, Neil also holds titles as COO and CMO, along with an advisory role. As an investor for Rasa® since December 2021, Neil contributes to the innovation of herbal coffee alternatives. Involvement with Buncha since April 2019 includes serving as an investor and advisory board member for a grocery delivery service. Neil has been an investor and Chief Operating Officer at GenoPalate since January 2018, aiding in the development of a genetics/nutrition platform. Additionally, Neil invests in KEYO, a biometric identity solution, since December 2017. Previous experience at Colgate Palmolive from 2005 to 2017 encompassed various leadership roles, including Marketing Director for Mexico and Greater Asia, achieving significant growth and innovation in oral care products. Neil Giugno holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Boston College.
