Simon Hill is the CEO and Co-Founder of Xperate, a position held since 2021. Previously, Simon served as CEO of TFB plc from 1999 to 2013, where they developed a leading Practice Management System for the UK legal sector before an exit to Tikit Plc. At Tikit, Simon was CEO of TFBTikit and Professional Services Director from 2009 to 2013, contributing to significant growth and the acquisition of Carpe Diem, culminating in a sale to BT Group plc for £64 million. Simon also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at BT Group Plc - Tikit from 2013 to 2017 and is currently a Non-Executive Director at Bundledocs and Board Advisor at Fliplet. Simon's education includes attendance at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
