Daniel Melo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global agribusiness and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Agribusiness M&A at Bunge since January 2016, Daniel leads global M&A transactions and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. In addition, Daniel holds the position of Executive Board Member at Olleco Bunge since July 2022 and previously managed business development and M&A activities for JTI in the Americas. Prior to these roles, Daniel worked at Barclays Investment Bank as Vice President and Associate in Investment Banking, focusing on equity capital markets and corporate finance in Southern Europe and Latin America. Daniel's academic credentials include participation in the Stanford Executive Program in 2023 and master's degrees from ESCP Business School and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
