Fernando Silva has extensive experience in the field of sugarcane processing, specializing in the operation of evaporators and syrup treatment. Currently employed at Bunge since March 2015, Fernando contributes as an evaporator operator. Prior roles include syrup treatment operations at LDC-SEV Bioenergia from March 2007 to July 2012, and as an operator at Usina Barralcool from July 2013 to January 2014, bringing a total of seven years of expertise in syrup treatment and evaporation, alongside basic knowledge in fermentation and distillation.
