Jayd Kittelson, PhD, currently serves as the Quality and Food Safety Director at Bunge, overseeing Quality and Food Safety programs for all food, feed, and fuel products in North America since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jayd held the position of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Director at Cargill from May 2005 to August 2023. Jayd earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Safety from North Dakota State University between 2012 and 2015, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University from 2009 to 2011.
