Justyna Gesich has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, having held various leadership roles at Bunge from January 2007 to October 2020, including Talent Management Director and Manager for Europe and Asia, as well as Learning and Development Manager for Poland. Prior to Bunge, Justyna worked at Olvit as Organisational Development Manager from January 2003 to January 2006 and at DDW as Consultant in Human Resources from January 1999 to January 2003. Justyna holds a Master of Science in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Gdansk and a Post-graduate Diploma in Management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
