Melissa Moore

Melissa Moore is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in human resources and industrial operations. Most recently, Melissa served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Bunge from September 2018 to June 2022, overseeing full-time recruitment efforts. Prior to that role, Melissa held multiple positions at Central States Bus Sales, Inc., including Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Assistant, focusing on various HR functions such as recruiting and employee relations. Melissa began their career at EXPRESS, where various roles included Co-Sales Manager and Store Manager from October 2000 to January 2017. Melissa is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
